Inflammatory and hypothermic patterns will present themselves on the thermography scan, making it one of the most accurate ways to detect problems in the vascular, muscular, neural, and skeletal systems.
Imagine seeing into your body and identifying areas of inflammation without having to undergo invasive testing.
Thermal imaging uses infrared technology to detect changes in body temperature, which can indicate the presence of inflammation and disease. This knowledge is a powerful tool that can give you the direction you need to heal.
A mammogram is an x-ray of the breast used to detect structures. The structures typically take years to form to where they can be seen on a mammogram.
Thermography is a test that uses infrared heat to detect physiological and functional changes. Because thermography sees inflammation, it can be used to identify areas that may be at risk for disease years before it shows up as a structure on a mammogram – making it a great way to be preventative and proactive about your breast health.
Thermography can help create a more complete picture of breast health when done in conjunction with mammography. We do not believe thermography is meant to replace a mammogram but is a non-invasive addition to a yearly breast health check routine.
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a specialized form of therapy. This therapy focuses on addressing an individual's current difficulties that past memories and emotions may heavily influence. If you often experience feelings of unworthiness without understanding why, it is likely that past situations or emotions are overwhelming you. EMDR therapy can help address this common issue. Our brains create neural pathways that store memory sequences of similar experiences, and EMDR accesses these pathways through rapid eye movement. This allows the brain to reprocess the events along the pathway and helps the individual adapt to newer, updated information related to these memories.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a powerful and evidence-based therapeutic approach focused on understanding and reshaping thought patterns and behaviors. Through CBT, individuals gain insight into how their thoughts influence emotions and behaviors. This therapy aims to identify and modify negative thought patterns that contribute to distress or unhealthy behaviors. By exploring and challenging these patterns, individuals learn practical skills to cope with challenges, manage stress, and shift unhelpful thoughts, ultimately fostering healthier habits and promoting emotional well-being. CBT sessions are tailored to each individual's needs, offering a supportive and collaborative environment to facilitate personal growth and positive change.
Marriage and couples therapy is a therapeutic approach aimed at improving and nurturing relationships. It involves sessions where partners engage in open, guided conversations with a trained therapist. The primary goal is to explore and resolve conflicts, enhance communication, and deepen understanding and intimacy within the relationship. Through structured dialogue and exercises, couples learn effective communication skills, address underlying issues, and work towards mutual goals. This therapy provides a safe space to discuss concerns, rebuild trust, and develop healthier patterns of interaction, fostering stronger connections and resilience within the partnership.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative and supportive process aimed at addressing various mental health challenges, emotional difficulties, and behavioral patterns. It involves conversations between an individual and a trained therapist in a safe and confidential setting. Through psychotherapy, individuals explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors to better understand their concerns and develop effective coping strategies. It helps in gaining insight into past experiences, managing stress, improving relationships, and fostering personal growth. Tailored to each person's unique needs, psychotherapy offers a supportive environment for healing, self-discovery, and achieving overall mental well-being.
Administered in a one-on-one setting, Sound Bowl Therapy involves the placement of brass bowls directly on specific parts of the body.
The bowls emit vibrations and frequencies tailored to stimulate relaxation, balance energy, and foster healing on a more targeted, individualized level.
Sound Bath Therapy is done in a group setting, where participants gather around the crystal bowls in the center of the room.
Participants often sit or lie down comfortably, allowing the collective sounds and vibrations to envelop and wash over them, inducing relaxation, deepening meditation, and providing a calming effect on the nervous system.
The Women’s Health Check Thermography is a preventative tool that can be used to screen for a variety of women’s health concerns, such as hormonal imbalance, breast disease, digestive issues, dental inflammation, thyroid dysfunction, lymphatic congestion, adrenal fatigue, reproductive organ inflammation, autonomic nervous system dysfunction, and more.
The medical report was designed with an easy-to-understand ‘risk level’ slider. The report delivers an overall, objective grading of a woman’s health status. Women can use this information to take charge of their health and work with their trusted Practitioner to prevent or heal conditions before they get serious.
Preventative care is key to maintaining good health as it allows for early detection and treatment of health concerns. Knowledge is power, and with the Women’s Health Check Thermography report, women can arm themselves with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health.
Our practitioner will spend time going over your information to ensure your health concerns are heard and understood. She will then take your picture with our thermal camera. This process is painless, private, and only takes about 10 minutes.

With this information, we can create a wellness plan using clinically proven methods to address each area of concern. We also work with a large network of practitioners in the Tulsa area as trusted referral sources for additional treatment options if needed.
Thermography, a non-invasive imaging technique, is backed by years of in-clinic studies, showcasing its sensitivity in detecting temperature variations and its potential to aid in identifying inflammatory and hypothermic patterns associated with various health conditions.

Since thermography is non-invasive, this test can be done at any age! Mammograms are not recommended until 40 years old. This makes thermography an excellent option for younger women that want to be proactive about their breast health.
No. Thermography should not be done during pregnancy or while lactating. Due to the increase in blood flow to the breast tissue, this does not allow for an accurate reading or baseline establishment.
Yes! Thermal imaging uses no radiation or intravenous methods and does not touch the body. The procedure is painless and completely safe. Infrared imaging does not replace any other form of imaging (e.g., CT, MRI, mammography) but is designed to be used in addition to other tests to provide physiological information that cannot be obtained from any other examination procedure.
No. You do not need a doctor's recommendation to book a thermography appointment.
Unfortunately, thermography is not covered by insurance, but we do accept HSA (health savings account) and FSA (flex spending account) card payments. We also accept Care Credit.
If it is your first time having breast thermography, it is recommended to have a follow-up picture taken in 3 months to establish your baseline. Once the baseline is established, breast thermography should be done yearly.
Absolutely not! Similarly, mammograms do not replace thermography. In fact, the two tests complement each other. Thermography can be used in addition to mammography as part of regular breast health care.
